LV GaN PIIP® (GaN Power integrated in package) is a device that integrates dedicated drivers and LV GaN HEMTs within a single package. This design further reduces the inductance of the gate drive circuit, prevents excessive ringing voltage, and enhances the turn-on speed of gallium nitride transistors, thereby increasing the switching frequency and reducing switching losses.
